Recipe of the Week

VEGTABLE CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:

1 sleeve RITZ Crackers, crushed
Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup chopped onions


DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix cracker crumbs and butter until well blended.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in 1-qt. casserole; top with crumb mixture.
3. Bake 35 min. or until heated through and bubbly.

When I make this I use just broccoli, not the mixed vegtables. I LOVE broccoli.
