INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups breaded of Chicken (cut up)

1 Box of Lasagna Noodles

1 Large jar of Sauce
1 lb. of Shredded Mozerella Cheese
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Tub of Riccotta Cheese
2 tsp. sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Start by placing your lasagna noodles into baking dish that is big enough to fill with HOT water and place the Lasagna noodles into. Let the Lasagna noodles sit for about 15 minute.

While the noodles are soaking, place your sauce in a pot and mix in the sugar and Parmesan Cheese, heat to boiling and then turn off heat. Place Riccotta Cheese in a ziplock bag and snip off the bottom corner of the bag.

Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Let the layering begin...

Lay out Lasagna noodles to cover bottom of pan, then sprinkle 1/4 on chicken, then pour sauce over, then sqeeze Riccotta Cheese over that, then sprinkle with Mozerella Cheese.
Repeat that process 4 times. After the last layer, lay out Lasanga noodles on top and pour sauce over, making sure to cover all of the noodles. Then sprinkle with Mozerella Cheese.

Place in over at 375 until golden brown and bubbly. Usually takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

NOTES: The sugar is to reduce the acid in the sauce. Also, the you can spread the Riccotta Cheese anyway you would like, that is what I have found to be the easiest way. This can also be frozen in a Pyrex 9 x 13 Cake Pan before baking.

After trying this Lasagna, you will never want to go back to plain Lasagna again!
