Kroger Recipe of the Week



Each week I am teaming up with Coupon Katarina  to bring you a recipe that you can use with what is on sale at Kroger.
Simple Chicken Pot Pie

BUY: Amick Farms Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast – $1.99/lb
and
BUY: Campbell’s Cream of Chicken or Mushroom Soup (10.75 oz) - $1.00
USE: $0.50/2 Campbell’s "Great for Cooking" Soups from HERE
FINAL PRICE: $0.50 each
and
BUY: Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits (4-12 ct) – $1.00
USE:
$0.30/2 Pillsbury Refrigerated Grands! Biscuits from HERE
FINAL PRICE: $0.70 each

INGREDIENTS:

2 cup cubed cooked chicken
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) of cream of chicken soup
1 to 2 tbsp. of mixed Italian herbs
1 10-oz. package of frozen mixed vegetables
1 can refrigerator biscuits

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients except biscuits. Pour into a round casserole dish. Cover the top of the casserole with store-bought refrigerator biscuits. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 30 minutes or until the biscuit topping is golden brown.
