1 Pack of Large Sized Tortilla Shells

1 lb. Cooked Chicken cut up into small pieces

1 Packet of Taco Seasoning Mix

1 lb. Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese

Put cooked chicken pieces into a skillet and sprinkle with Taco Seasoning mix. Add 1/2 C. water. Mix and heat thru until sauce thickens. If you have a Quasadilla Maker, heat it up, if you do not, heat up a large skillet (one that the Tortilla Shells will fit into). If you have a 10 pack of Tortillas, divide chicken mixture into 5 sections, if you have an 8 pack of Tortillas, divide chicken mixture into 4 sections. Lay one Tortilla onto either Quasadilla Maker or on Skillet, spread one section of chicken mixture over it, then sprinkle that with cheese, put on a top Tortilla. If you have the Quasadilla Maker, close the lid, if using the skillet, let it set for about 3-4 minutes or until it starts to turn golden brown on the bottom, when it does, using a LARGE spatula flip it over until other side is golden brown. Place on cutting board and cut into 8 wedges. Continue process until you have them all made. Serve with Sour Cream for dipping.
