Kroger Recipe of the Week!

Each week I am teaming up with Coupon Katarina  to bring you a recipe that you can use with what is on sale at Kroger.

Easy Chicken Paprikash

BUY: 2 ~ Campbell’s Select Harvest Soup (Tomato with Basil) (15.3-19 oz) – $0.99

BUY: Perdue Short Cuts Chicken Strips (9 oz) – $2.99
USE: $0.75/1 from

BUY: Kroger Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream or Dip (24 oz) – $1.99

3 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts (1-2 lbs. total), cut into cubes
2 tablespoons Butter

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Tomato Soup (with Basil)
1/2 cup sSur Cream
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons paprika

2 cloves crushed garlic
salt and pepper to taste


In skillet, brown chicken in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat 45 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Serve over cooked noodles.

The origanal recipe called for a small can of sliced mushrooms, but my family does not like mushrooms, so I do not use them.
